This is a fun dish to make for Halloween, but it is so tasty that you’ll want to eat this all year round.

You will need:
6 chicken wings
50g quinoa or corn flour
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons dark soya sauce
8g squid ink
1 tablespoon sriracha (or another hot chilli sauce)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon whisky
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Furikake (mixture of sesame seeds and ground seaweed), red chilli and spring onions to decorate

Preheat the oven to 200C
Combine all the sauce ingredients
Dip the wings in the flour and then in the sauce and place on a baking tray
Pour any remaining sauce over the wings and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and the juices run clear
Decorate with sliced red chilli, spring onion and furikake
Enjoy!
