This is a great recipe – you need 2 ingredients, nothing can go wrong and it is completely safe to eat, since it does not have raw eggs.
1 large tub of double cream
200g dark chocolate (we used Divine brand)
Cocoa nibs (optional)
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, leave to cool for a few minutes
Whip the cream up until it JUST leaves a ribbon
Pour the chocolate over the cream and combine (for the marbled effect, fold the chocolate through a few times, don’t fold it in too thoroughly)
Decorate with some fruit and cocoa nibs if using
