You won’t even notice the lack of butter in this dairy free hollandaise sauce recipe. Serve over fish cakes or asparagus for a deliciously rich dish.

Ingredients
– 1 packet (349g) firm silken tofu

– 2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

– 2 tsp salt

– 1 tsp Hot smoked paprika

– 100ml soya cream

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients together adding more soya cream if too thick

2. Add more seasoning if bland

3. Add more dijon mustard if the sauce tastes to ‘fatty’
