It is great to have a nutrtitious and filling breakfast to start the day – this smoothie does exactly that! It is also great for the afternoon slump instead of  that packet of biscuits.

You will need:

(makes 2 smoothies)

2 bananas

1 avocado

1 teaspoon of maca powder

1 mango

3 tablespoon of oats

1 tablespoon of ground linseed

1 tablespoon of cacao powder

1/2 cucumber

1 tablespoon of cashew (or another nut) butter

350ml of coconut water or filtered water

Blend all the above and enjoy!
