This festive chutney is great with cheese, white meats and pork and will accompany your turkey particularly well!

200g Cranberries
1 red apple, cored and cut into 1cm chunks
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1tsp dried ginger
1 orange, juice and zest
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground clove
2 aniseed stars
Handful of raisins
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of honey

Pop all the ingredients into a sauce pan, cover with a lid and and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until the apples are soft
Leave to cool or preserve in jars
