2 free-range eggs

3 onions, sliced

120g plain flour

1 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp cumin seeds

 

Preparation method

  1. Beat your eggs in a bowl
  2. Add the onion and combine
  3. Add the flour, coriander and cumin seeds, combine
  4. Heat the oil in a deep fat fryer up to 170C
  5. Pop a tablespoon of Bhaji mixture in and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
  6. Repeat with the remaining bhaji mixture
