The summer is here!!!
We are keen to spend the weekend in the garden and coax our friends over with this sorbet.
Use melons that are small, full of flavour and you might not even need to add any sugar – completely healthy and good for you desserts!
500g of melon flesh
1 teaspoon of dried lavender buds
2 tablespoons of Triple Sec (optional)
Sugar to taste (optional)
Blend all the above and pop into a plastic tub and freeze.
No need to churn or stir this sorbet, the alcohol will keep it from freezing solid.
