When the weather starts getting cold, I love cooking with chillies. Central heating and warm socks will only get you so far, but heating the body from the inside is the key. Warm up with this simple pasta dish this weekend.

You need:

250g cooked pasta

1-2 tablespoons of rose Harissa

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 clove of garlic

1 red chilli sliced

1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika

200g cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red paprika sliced

100m red wine

Small bunch of parsley, roughly chopped

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and add the red onion until starting to turn golden brown

Add the paprika, garlic, harissa and chilli- fry for 1 minute

Pour in the wine and bring to boil for 1 minute

Add the tomatoes and paprika and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat

Combine with the pasta and parsley, serve immediately
