It’s Friday and that means time for our latest cocktail creation. This week we are mixing our favourite bubbles with an interesting sweet, sour twist.
Makes 1 glass
1/4 tsp muscavado sugar
Juice of half a lime
1 tsp brandy
Combine the sugar, lime juice and brandy in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved, pour into a champagne flute.
Top up with chilled prosecco and enjoy!
