It is Monday again and most of us probably fancy something lighter to eat after the weekend. This is a great breakfast bowl that will give you the energy you need, but with none of the rubbish that will bring your energy levels crushing down and snacking on biscuits around 11.

You need (for 2 bowls):

2 bananas

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbl ground almonds
1 tsp chlorella powder
3 tablespoons of quinoa flakes
300ml rice milk
1 date
2 handfuls of strawberries
Mulberries and bee pollen for decoration
Pop the flakes in a saucepan with the milk and bring to a boil
Simmer for 2 minutes and the pour into a blender with all the other ingredients – blend and enjoy topped with mulberries and bee pollen.
