Start the day with this ‘Power House smoothie’

1 frozen banana

1 glass of hazelnut milk

1/2 tsp vanilla paste

1/2 tsp molasses

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Maca powder

1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder

Blend the above and enjoy!

Morning Smoothie

1 banana

1/2 mango

1/2 avocado

1 chocolate coyo coconut yoghurt

squeeze of lime

1 small carton of coconut water and a few mint leaves!

 

Blend all the above – Great start to the day…

Beetroot power Juice 

6 beets

3 carrots

Small bunch of mint

1 inch fresh ginger

6 strawberries (or any berries you may have in the freezer – thawed)

2 tomatoes

1 fennel

Juice all the above!

Delicious lassi to wake up your digestive tract

1 mango

150ml coconut water (coconut flesh if using a young coconut)

1 tsp rose dried petals

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground black cardamom (or normal if you can’t get black)

100g natural yoghurt (we used CoYo coconut yoghurt for a dairy free option)

 

Blend all the above and enjoy.

Fancy a glass of fizz on a school night without the headache?

Try this fruity bubbly:

Juice:

150g cranberries

2 plums

handful of sweet berries and then mix with 700ml sparkling water and a little of a sweetener of your choice to taste – guilt free and counts towards your 5 a day!

Fruity bowl – breakfast or an afternoon snack

1 large mango

Couple of handfuls of grapes

Handful of blackberries

100g yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

Sprig of mint

Blend all the above and top with figs and chopped pistachios

Spicy warming vegetarian breakfast

(Serves 2)

Preheat the oven to 200C

Boil 1 sweet potato until a knife just goes through, cube, pop on a baking tray and drizzle with melted coconut butter, scatter with salt&smoked paprika – bake for 15 minutes 

Halve an avocado, remove the stone and pop an egg in

Place on the same baking tray, season the egg with salt and pepper and drizzle the potato with a little maple syrup

Place back into the oven until the egg is set

Enjoy!

Green super juice

Juice the following (serves 2):

1 kale (head or a bag) 

2 pears

1 fennel

1 heart of celery

1 small cucumber

green juice

 

Immunity boosting bowl

Blend the following (serves 2):

1 avocado

1 banana 

200g yoghurt or coconut dairy free yoghurt

2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 date

1 tablespoon of elderberry powder

Transfer into bowls and scatter with nuts, coconut, bee pollen or chia seeds

1 Chicory

1 tablespoon of Spirulina

1 tablespoon Chlorella

200ml Coconut waterBlend the above and enjoy!
