This is my new favourite drink! It is simple to make, refreshing and very good for you. Grapefruit is low in calories but full of nutrients and vitamins. It is also a great way to stay hydrated.

To make 4 large glasses of this drink, you will need:

4 grapefruits, peeled
2 sweet apples

Juice the above and then mix 1/2 and 1/2 with sparkling mineral water (or to taste)
