Monsoon Martini and spicy almonds. I do love the tradition of cocktail hour! This martini is sweet, refreshing and flavoursome. You do not have to make the spicy almonds, but they go together very well.

You will need:

2 units of rhubarb liquor
1/2 unit of Violet bitters
1 unit of Galliano
50ml vodka
50ml marmalade vodka
2-4 drops of cardamom essence (we used Holy Lama drops)
200ml coconut water
1/2 juice of lemon
1/2 Grenadine

Pop 4-5 cubes into a cocktail shaker and pour all of the above over
Shake, leave for a minute and then pour into martini glasses and enjoy!

For the nuts:

100g of raw unpeeled almonds
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garam masala
Large pinch of chilli
1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil

Preheat the oil in a frying pan
Combine the almonds with the spices and salt and fry until golden
