Next time you are experiencing the energy slump around 11am or 3pm, reach for these instead of a biscuit. Sugary biscuit will only cause you to crash soon after consuming it. These balls will last in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and will happily sit on your desk for a few hours until you need an energy boost!

You will need:

  • 200g raw unpeeled almonds
  • 100g dried dates
  • 50g dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa nibs
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of dried rose petals

Place the nuts in a food processor and blitz for 30 seconds
Add the dried fruit and blitz for another 30 seconds
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture starts sticking together
Roll into balls and enjoy!
