100g feta Cheese
1tsp fresh mint
1 tsp oregano
1 tblsp parsley
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Pack of filo pastry

Combine the cheese, mint, oregano, parsley and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper to taste, wrap into Filo pastry and deep fry until golden brown
