Bored of turkey curry yet? Try something a bit different (and healthier!), with this delicious salad! It really is easy too.
250g leftover turkey
2 big handfuls salad greens (any will do)
200g sautéed potatoes
100g deep-‐fried purple potatoes (thinly sliced) Seeds of 1 pomegranate
2tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Rose harissa
Dash pomegranate molasses
1. Combine the turkey, greens, potatoes and pomegranate seeds.
2. Make a dressing with the olive oil, harissa and pomegranate molasses.
3. Dress when ready to serve.
