This is a warming smoothie, that should keep iou going for a while, whilst taking care of your digestive.

You will need:

1 banana
2 tablespoons smoothie oats
200ml almond milk
1 heaped tablespoon almond butter
5 plums (stoned)
1 tablespoon wheatgrass
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of chocolate coconut yoghurt or just plain yoghurt

Blend all of the above
Add more milk if necessary
