Serving Suggestion: this makes for a great gift and works beautifully as a dip to flat bread or a drizzle for curries and soups
Ingredients:
- 3 star anise
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1tbsp dried rose petals
- ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 200ml Fussels extra virgin rapeseed oil
Method
Place a large frying pan over a medium heat
Add all the spices and petals and stir gently for 1 minute
Pour in the oil and turn off the heat
Leave to cool completely, then strain into a container and your delicious oil is ready to use
