This is a light, refreshing yet satisfying canapé.
You will need:
1 poached salmon filet, flaked
1/2 cucumber, sliced
Creme fraiche
Dill
Chives
Zest of 1 lemon
Combine the salmon with enough creme fraiche to bind it together
Add the chopped dill and chives to taste
Add the lemon zest and season with salt and pepper to taste
Arrange on top of the cucumber slices and serve
