Bejewelled raw kale and orange salad Easy

Serving Suggestion: serve as a side dish 

Ingredients:

  • 5 leaves of kale (stem removed)
  • 1 orange
  • 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds (or more)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
  • 150g Brussel sprouts

Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp Smoked oil
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • Juice from 1 orange

Method

Finely slice the Brussel sprouts 

Tear the kale leaves into small chunks 

Combine the dressing ingredients and massage throughly into the kale and sprouts 

Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes 

Peel and cut the orange into segments

Combine with the kale and serve topped with pomegranate seeds and nuts
