Boozy jellies 1
Why not serve a cocktail as a dessert in the form of a jelly?
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
- 8 leaves of gelatine
- 2x250ml cans of premixed G&T
Method
Soak 8 leaves of gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes
Warm the gin and tonic through in a pan
Squeeze out execs water out of the gelatine and mix this with the warmed up G&T
Set in glasses for 3 hours for a boozy dessert
