Churrasquitos
These are delicious spicy treats
Ingredients
- 150g ribeye steak
- 200ml milk whey
- 1 tablespoon of Cajun/South American spices
- 2 tablespoons of chilli oil
Method
Cube the steak and marinate in the spices and whey for a couple of hours
Heat a griddle to high heat
Thread the cubes on mini skewers
Dip the beef cubes in the oil and fry for a minute a side
Top with lemon avocado sauce (combine avocado flesh with lime juice and salt to taste) and a smoked chipotle and tomato chimichurri rojo
