Dill and mustard sauce

Serving Suggestion: serve with smoked salmon or gravadlax for a Scandi style starter



  • 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard 
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup 
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh dill 
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil 


Combine the mustard, maple syrup, dried and fresh dill and vinegar in a bowl 

Whilst whisking, gradually add the oil and keep in the fridge
