Honey and yoghurt Pannacotta

This is the easiest dessert to make and is a real crowd pleaser.

Serves 2


  • 250g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 leaves of gelatine
  • 20ml full fat milk
  • Figs
  • Honeycomb


Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes
Warm the milk up in a pan and dissolve the gelatine in it
Thoroughly combine the yoghurt, vanilla and honey and add the milk wit gelatine
Pour into shallow bowls and chill for at least an hour
Top with the figs and honeycomb
