Tropical chocolate bark

This simple, yet effective dessert is a favourite of ours – 3 ingredients and ready to eat in 10 minutes (plus you get to lick the bowl!)

Serves 2



  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 passionfruit, pulp scooped out
  • 1-2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut


Place the chocolate and passionfruit into a bain marie (bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water) and melt
Line a baking tray with parchment and pour the melted chocolate over it
Sprinkle with the coconut and set in the fridge (or freezer, but only for a few minutes)
Break up and enjoy!
