These make for delicious canapés at a summer dinner party.

You will need:
150g chevre (soft goat cheese)
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
2-4 tablespoons of goats yoghurt
4 large strawberries, sliced into segments
15 crostini or pastry cups

Start by whisking the cheese, mustard and yoghurt (add enough to create a smooth paste)
Season to taste with salt and white pepper
Pipe the mixture into the baskets, top with strawberries and decorate with herbs
