Bagna Cauda

This is one of the easiest dips to make, but also one of the most flavoursome ones.


  • 6 anchovies
  • 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of garlic oil
  • 120ml plain oil
  • Assorted vegetables


Add pour the oils over the breadcrumbs and leave them to soak for 10 minutes
Blend with the anchovies and serve as a dip with the vegetables
