Chimichurri sauce

This is a flavoursome and simple sauce to make and is traditionally serve with beef.


  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 small bunch of coriander
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves
  • 150ml Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil


Finely chop the ingredients and combine or blend for 30 seconds to get a chunky consistency
Serve with barbecue steak, other meats or grilled vegetables
