Crab taco
This is an upgraded version of a crab sandwich, with the addition of fried asparagus and a mint mayo!
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 6 small tortillas
- 12 aspragus spears
- 200g white crab meat
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Few drops of tabasco
- 4 leaves of chives, finely sliced
Method
Warm the tortillas up in a low oven
Preheat a little oil in a pan and fry the asparagus spears until golden
Combine the crab meat with the tabasco, chives and mayonnaise
Divide the asparagus and crab mixture between the warm tortillas and serve
