Crispy tempeh

These make for wonderfully crispy vegetarian or even vegan treats.

Ingredients:

  • 150g cubed tempeh
  • 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 5 tablespoons spelt flour
  • Rose harissa to decorate (optional)

Method

Marinate the tempeh in the teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours
Dip in the flour and fry in hot oil until crispy all over
Serve
