Grapefruit and Chilli Salmon Easy
An easy to make salmon salad with a twist
- 100g smoked salmon
- 1 small pink grapefruit
- 1 teaspoon of chilli oil
- 1/8 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground Kombu seaweed (optional)
- fresh herbs and or salad leaves
Segment half the grapefruit and juice the other half
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl,including the salmon.
Leave to marinade in the fridge for an hour in the fridge.
Remove from the fridge and arrange on a bed of leaves.
