Grilled chicken drumsticks

Perfect mid-week supper!

Serves 2



  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons of dark soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of runny honey
  • 1 teaspoon of hot chilli sauce (or to taste)
  • Green salad to serve


Preheat the oven to 180C
Combine the soya sauce, honey and chilli sauce, season with salt and cover the drumsticks
Bake on a tray for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and crispy
Serve with a simple green salad, potatoes or roasted vegetables
