Luxurious jacket potatoes Easy

Prep: 5 minutes 

Cooking: 70 minutes

Serving Suggestion: serve as a starter 


  • 6 small baking potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Oil


  • 100g creme fraiche
  • Large pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
  • Lumpfish caviar


Preheat the oven to 220C

Rub the potatoes with the oil and bake for 20 minutes 

Turn the oven down to 180C and bake for another 50 minutes 

Carefully cut a cross in the top (it will be hot!) and open up with the knife 

Combine the creme fraiche with with the zest, salt and pepper and dollop on the potatoes 

Top with the caviar and serve
