These sticky, spicy nuts are perfect with snack or an addition to cocktail hour!

Ingredients:

  • 200g un-roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic oil
  • 1 tablespoon of plain oil
  • 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Optional - crispy bacon

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C
Combine the oils, syrup and salt and rub all over the peanuts
Roast for 10 minutes in the oven or until golden, sticky and crunchy
Leave to cool for a minute or two
Combine with the bacon and serve
