Pumpkin and rose lassi

This is a refreshing little drink, packed with flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon of rose water
  • Seeds removed from 4 cardamom pods, ground
  • 200g cooked pumpkin flesh
  • 300g natural yoghurt
  • 100g ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Ground cinnamon for decoration

Method

Simply blend all of the above and enjoy sprinkled with ground cinnamon
