These are great for adding texture to yoghurt or smoothie bowls, instead of breadcrumbs on burgers or any dish that could use a little crunch.
- Cooked quinoa
Preheat the oven to 170C
Spread the cooked quinoa on a baking tray lined with baking parchment
Bake for 30-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until completely crispy and golden
Leave to cool and store in an airtight container
