Red wine chorizo

This dish takes no time to make and disappears in seconds!


  • 1 shallot or onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced
  • 200g of small cooking chorizo
  • 100ml red wine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of chilli powder
  • Parsley to decorate


Start by frying the onion in hot rapeseed oil
Add the chorizo and fry until the sides are starting to turn brown
Add the garlic and chilli
After one minute, add the red wine and honey and simmer until the liquid has thickened and coated the chorizo – 10-15 minutes
Serve hot topped with the parsley
