Simple tomato salad

  • 400g heritage tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Rapeseed Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of good quality red wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of roughly torn tarragon and oregano leaves


Slice the tomatoes and spread on a large serving plate
Combine the oils, vinegar and salt and pour over the tomatoes
Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes at room temperature
Sprinkle the tomatoes with the herbs and serve
