This is a delicious, vegan and versatile dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon of marmite
  • 3 tablespoons of smoked rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of aquafaba
  • Juice from 1/2 lime

Method

Combine the ingredients and whisk until thick and creamy
Season to taste with more salt or lime juice
Serve with a salad of slightly charred radicchio, blood orange, chickpeas, almonds and herbs.
