Coffee and miso dressing

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of instant espresso granules
1 teaspoon of brown miso
½ teaspoon of finely minced fresh ginger
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey

Method:
Combine the above and whisk until smooth.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes to ensure the coffee granules have dissolved, stir again and use.
This dressing can stand up to strong meaty flavours and we are pouring it over a simple beef steak taco – perfect combination!
