Smoothies are a great way to start the day. Chia seeds provide energy, Omega 3 oil, protein and fibre, which is essential for a healthy digestive system.

You need:

4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

1 large frozen banana

200ml almond milk

1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder

125g blackberries

Pinch of Chia seeds for decoration

Blend all the above, apart from the seeds

Pour into a glass and decorate with the seeds
