Healthy and yet delicious snacks. They are raw and so no nutrients would have been lost in the making of them. Feel free to experiment with the flavours as these can be very versatile.

50g linseeds
25g chia seeds
120ml water
1 carrot, grated
1 small beetroot, raw and grated
20g mixed black and white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (this is optional, but is a very healthy addition and adds a depth of flavour)
1 tablespoon of soya sauce (or wheat free tamari)
Large handful of chopped coriander and dill
1/2 teaspoon seal salt (we used thyme and lemon cornish sea salt)
1 small clove garlic, zested
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
Large pinch of chilli (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of garam masala

Soak the linseeds and chia seeds in the water for 45 minutes
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined
Spread onto a dehydrator sheet (about 1 cm thick) and dehydrate at 115F for about 15 hours or until complete crispy (or bake at 40C in the oven, with the door slightly open)
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks
